2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 219 of 2025 (N.D.P.S. G.R. Case No.71 of 2025) registered for the offence under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(B) and 25 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 3.462 kg of ganja was recovered from the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 13.05.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the quantity of ganja recovered, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.

8. If the trial is delayed by the prosecution, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
