Patna High Court CWJC No.12509 of 2015 (2) dt.17-08-2015 2/2 petitioner and whereunder a motion has been moved for her removal from the post of Chief Councillor, Nagar Parishad, Marhaura, in the district of Saran at Chapra. It is the contention of the petitioner that this requisition was never served on her and that it was filed in the office of the Chief Executive Officer who in turn has communicated the same it to the petitioner which is not in tune of the provisions of the Rule 2(i) of the Bihar No Confidence Motion Rules framed under the Bihar Municipal Act, 2007.
Mr. Mangalam learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submits that the matter has not progressed since thereafter. In the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to raise his grievance including the one as raised herein, in case the motion so moved, goes against the petitioner.
