Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-307 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

At paragraphs-8, 9 & 10 of the petition, it has specifically, been pleaded that the petitioner was granted bail by the learned court below in the present case on 21-01-2014 but subsequently, his bail bond was cancelled on 02-04-2015, however, the petitioner was remanded in this case on 13-07-2015 and since then, he is languishing in jail custody.
