The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No.364/16 registered under Sections 25(1b)A/26 (2)/35of the Arms Act. The accusation is of recovery of one loaded pistol and two live cartridges from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case who is in custody since 14.12.16. Paragraph no.3 shows that the petitioner is an accused in one another case in which he is on bail.
