ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 21-08-2015 The Petitioner seeks cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the private Opposite Parties by order dated 31.5.2013 passed by the Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in A.B.P. No.1070 of 2013 in connection with Mahua P.S. case No.135 of 2013 on the ground that they are threatening the witnesses, for which she has filed an application before the S.P., Vaishali at Hajipur.

The Trial Court may call for a report from the concerned Officer Incharge and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law after hearing both the parties. With the aforesaid observations, the application stands disposed of.
