The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 357 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended that the allegation is with respect to the dues of expenditure in treatment of the mother of the petitioner. There is case and counter case and the injuries have been found to be simple in nature.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34402 of 2016 (2) dt.17-09-2016 event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today in Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 129 of 2015, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada subject to the conditions as laid down under Section (2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
