The petitioner is in custody since 26.07.2019 in connection with Patlipurtra P.S. Case No. 306/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420/290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a)/38(ii), 37(b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recovery has been made from the house of the petitioner and not from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise, Patna, in connection with
