In course of investigation, for the first time, the name of petitioner surfaced in supervision note and, after that some witnesses claimed to have seen the petitioner at the time of alleged occurrence.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, and also taking note of this fact that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Asarganj P.S.Case No. 38 of 2015.
