The petitioner being informant of Kotwali (Tatarpur) P.S. Case No. 363 of 2014 has filed this application for cancellation of bail granted to the accused opposite party nos. 2 to 4.

It is submitted that after the order granting bail to opposite party nos. 2 to 4, they again assaulted the informant and others for which fresh case has been filed. It appears that opposite party nos. 2 to 4 are relatives of Dolly Jha who is said to have executed a sale deed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40602 of 2015 (3) dt.16-12-2015 with regard to the land purchased by her father-in-law. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any merit in this application. There is nothing to show that they misused the privilege of bail or attempted to tamper with the evidence. This application is, accordingly, dismissed. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Amin/- U
