Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/381/210(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The godown manager of the informant is alleged to be involved in theft and sale of the articles from the godown in collusion with the petitioner who was driver of the informant. Petitioner is in custody since 19.09.2016 and has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the nature of allegation which is suspicion and period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
