Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 360 of 2021 registered for the offence under sections 341, 323, 324, 379/34 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report. As a matter of fact, the matter has been compromised between the parties and a petition to that effect has been filed in the Court below as contained in Annexure- 4. petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62449 of 2022(2) dt.17-04-2023 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 360 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Arvind Srivastava, J) mcv/- U T
