The petitioner seeks bail in Kamtaul P.S. Case No. 103/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 471, 323, 341, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant filed a complaint case, on the basis of which the present FIR is lodged. The informant named Md. Nisar and alleged that he took money from him for investing in the company. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. During course of investigation, name of the petitioner transpired in the case as one of the agents of the company.

It is submitted that the petitioner has not ever induced the informant nor took money from the informant. The petitioner

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Kamtaul P.S.
