=================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 21-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner's application for grant of licence was rejected on 25.06.2011 by the Commissioner, Patna Division, Patna in Arms Appeal No. 18 of 2009, as contained in Annexure-1 by which he has set aside the order dated 12.02.2009 passed by the District Magistrate, Patna and remanded the matter back to the District Magistrate, Patna for taking a fresh decision in the matter.

Patna High Court CWJC No.12131 of 2016 dt.21-11-2016 The grievance of the petitioner is that till date no order has been passed by the District Magistrate, Patna. Accordingly, this writ petition is being disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Patna to take a decision on its own merit and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, if the same has not been taken. While doing so, he would comply the considered decision of this Court rendered in the case of Manish Kumar Vs. The State of Bihar and Ors. [2015(4) PLJR 212].
