Let Ramesh Yadav, be added as petitioner no. 3 in this bail petition and the order dated 07.01.2015 be deemed to have been passed also in the case of Ramesh Yadav, petitioner no.3.

Accordingly, the order dated 07.01.2015 is modified

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.395 of 2015 (3) dt.16-01-2015 to the extent indicated above and the other terms and conditions shall remain same.
