The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 81 of 2021 arising out of Muffasil P.S. Case No. 278 of 2021 registered under Sections 414, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Sections 8, 20 (B) (ii) (C) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26354 of 2022. Further submission is that petitioner has got no criminal

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge/Special Judge, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 81 of 2021 arising out of Muffasil P.S. Case No. 278 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
