The present writ petition was filed with a prayer to direct the Respondents to grant registration certificate for running 18" diameter Saw Mill situated at village- Biratpur under Sonbarsa Police Station in the district of Saharsa.

In this case, a counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of Respondent no.3/ Divisional Forest Officer, Forest Division, Saharsa. In paragraph-5 of the counter affidavit, it has been indicated that the provision regarding registration of 18" diameter Saw Mill has been amended by Resolution No.3959 dated 24.12.2012 of the State Government and the provision of

Patna High Court CWJC No.13044 of 2015 (4) dt.09-10-2015 2/2 Registration of such Saw Mill has been withdrawn. In view of statement made in the counter affidavit, learned counsel for the petitioner makes a prayer for disposal of the writ petition.
