Patna High Court CWJC No.2170 of 2018(4) dt.06-01-2023 2/2 services rendered i.e., till 01.09.2008 have been rejected in light of the decision of the Board/Market Committee. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that case of the petitioners have been rejected without assigning any reasons.
In that view of the matter without going to the merit of the case this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the petitioners to file a representation before respondent No. 6 regarding their claim of Assured Career Progression Scheme within a period of four weeks from today and after such representation is filed the respondent No. 6 shall dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six months thereafter.
