Patna High Court CWJC No.21378 of 2021(3) dt.05-12-2022 2/2 order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, has been passed on 04.10.2021, which has been handed over to this Court and is taken on record, wherein the petitioner has been held to be an encroacher. In such view of the matter, nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petition, however, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file appropriate appeal, challenging the aforesaid order dated 04.10.2021.
