====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 18-05-2022 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that when the matter was amicably settled between the parties and as per terms and conditions, the petitioner paid Rs.10,000,00/- (Ten lakhs) to the opposite party as one time settlement and after receipt of that amount, she filed a petition that some articles belonging to her is in possession of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted further that the matter was finally settled and nothing remained to the petitioner, as he has paid the entire amount of Rs.10,000,00/- (Ten lakhs) to the opposite party, despite that, she has not withdrawn Miscellaneous Case No. 119 of 2013 filed under section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for maintenance.

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.543 of 2021(2) dt.18-05-2022 2/2 The learned trial Court is directed to expedite the proceeding of Miscellaneous Case No.119 of 2013 and dispose it of within a period of three months from today. With these observations, this civil miscellaneous petition is disposed.
