JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 09-12-2019 Petitioner has prayed for the following relief: "For initiating a contempt proceeding against the Opposite Parties for violation and non-compliance of order dated 27.04.2017 in CWJC No. 18961 of 2016 passed by the then Hon'ble the Chief Justice and Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sudhir Singh and to punish them suitably for committing contempt of this Hon'ble Court."

From the averments made in para-4 of the affidavit, which is being reproduced hereinbelow:

"4. That it is further important to mention here that the compliance of order dt. 27.04.2017 passed in CWJC No. 18961 of 2016 practically

Patna High Court MJC No.203 of 2018(3) dt.09-12-2019 2/2 complied on 07.06.2019 by deploying Magistrate and Police Force according to requirement (copy of report of clearance of encroachment dt. 07.06.2019 of C.O., Ballia, in compliance of order dt. 27.04.2017 passed in CWJC No. 18961 of 2016 has been annexed herewith and marked Annexure-1). It is further submitted that the aforesaid encroached public land is now free from encroachment (photographs of the spot showing the public land free has been annexed herewith as Annexure-2)", it is evident that the directions contained in order dated 27.04.2017 passed in CWJC No. 18961 of 2016, titled as Dilip Kumar Singh vs. The State of Bihar & Ors., stand complied with as all encroachments from the public land stand removed with the help of police force.

The application stands disposed of.
