2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 379/506/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner and other 20 to 25 unknown persons came to the house of the informant, abused and tried to demolish the newly constructed pillar and on protest by informant, petitioner assaulted son of the informant by means of lathi. When informant and his wife came in rescue they were also assaulted by the accused persons. It is further alleged that they snatched golden chain and mobile phone of the informant.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the present case is counter blast of Tetarhat Police Station Case No. 66 of 2023 filed by the petitioner against husband and son of the informant. Injury allegedly caused by the petitioner is simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in Tetarhat Police Station Case No. 67 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
