JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-09-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners being the parents of the husband of the victim are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 498A and 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the niece of the informant after one year of the marriage for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand by administering poison.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general against the entire in-laws family and petitioners claim to be separate from the husband of the victim. It is further submitted that the victim used to reside in a different village since long.

Considering the thrust of accusation against the

No.40385 of 2015 (2) dt.02-09-2015 2/2 husband of the victim, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M., Supaul in connection with Tribaniganj P.S. Case No. 112 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
