JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-01-2020 The petitioner has put to challenge selection of respondent No.6 as Anganbari Sahayika for Anganbari Centre in Ward No.10, Gram Panchayat Mokhtiyarpur in the district of Begusarai, on the plea that she has been selected on the basis of forged documents ignoring better claim of the petitioner. This is not in dispute that selection to the post of Anganbari Sevika/Anganbari Sahayika is done in terms of the guidelines issued by the I.C.D.S. Directorate, Social Welfare Department, Government of Bihar, as contained in Letter No. ICDS/40010/10-2017-286 dated 27.05.2019, which provides for

Considering the facts and circumstances, this writ application is disposed of with a direction that if the petitioner files any application/objection before the Child Development Project Officer questioning selection of respondent No.6 within a period of one month from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of within a period of two months from the date of filing of the application.
