JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 27-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State and vigilance.

This is a case registered under Sections 7,8,13(2) read with 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act. It is submitted by the petitioner's counsel that the alleged amount of bribe of Rs. 10,000/- was recovered from the Chaukidar and not from the petitioner. He is in custody in connection with this case since 05.01.2018. Prior to the instant case the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and that due to extraneous consideration he has been implicated in this case. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees

The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the Petitioner.

(ii) That the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
