The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of typographical error, the plot number was wrongly mentioned in the prayer portion of the writ petition as 2024 instead of 2029, hence the same be directed to be corrected in

Patna High Court MJC No.3117 of 2024(3) dt.05-12-2025 2/2 the order dated 15.7.2024, passed in CWJC No. 8069 of 2024. 3.

Considering the averments made in the present petition, it is directed that the plot number mentioned in the order dated 15.7.2024, passed in CWJC No. 8069 of 2024 be read as plot no. 2029, subject to just exceptions.

Accordingly, the present modification petition stands disposed off.
