2. The petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 245 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b), 26, 35 of the Arms Act, 1959.

3. Allegedly, a country-made pistol is said to have been recovered from the stool kept in the shop of the petitioner.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioners are the persons of clean antecedents and are under custody since 02.07.2024.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and

No.65719 of 2024(2) dt.23-09-2024 2/2 circumstances coupled with the fact that the petitioners are the persons of clean antecedents and they are in custody for two and a half month, let the petitioners above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 245 of 2024, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
