The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Moffasil P.S.Case No.285 of 2016 registered for offences punishable under Sections387 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is allegation against the petitioner of demand of 'Rangdari' from the Mobile and it is also alleged that the other co-accused persons, came to shop and demanded 'Rangdari'.

It is further submitted that the petitioner has clean antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides. From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that there is allegation of demand of 'rangdari'

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9916 of 2017 (2) dt.09-03-2017 2/2 against this petitioner and the C.D.R. also shows that the allegation is true and after investigation, the charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, however, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned court below on its own merit without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
