2. The petitioner claims that she has served as Anganbari Sahaiyaka for a period of 14 years and her case should now be considered for engagement as Anganbari Sevika.
3. The question of petitioner's consideration for appointment against post of Anganbari Sevika will arise once there is such vacancy, which is advertised and the petitioner is found suitable to participate in the process of selection. In the absence of any advertisement and any specific provision prescribing appointment by promotion from the post of Sahaiyaka to Sevika, no direction can be issued as sought in the
Patna High Court CWJC No.17916 of 2019(3) dt.24-10-2019 2/2 present writ application.
4. It is, however, made clear that if any advertisement is issued, inviting applications from eligible candidates, the petitioner shall be at liberty to apply for the same and her case shall be considered in accordance with the guidelines governing the service conditions.
5. This disposes of the application.
