Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased who died within three years of her marriage in other than normal circumstance. The information regarding her condition was given to the informant by uncle of the petitioner and having got the aforesaid information, informant came to the village of the petitioner and lodged this case. In course of investigation, several co-villagers stated that the deceased fell into well accidentally while she was fetching water from the well and thereafter, her dead body was cremated. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in Chakai P.S. Case no. 142/2012.
