2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in Narayanpur P.S. Case No. 26 of 2024, registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that, the police party seized a tractor carrying 100 CFT illegal sand.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner is driver and not the owner of the tractor in question. The petitioner bought sand from nearby shop at the instruction of the owner of the tractor. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Narayanpur P.S. Case No. 26 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Rudra Prakash Mishra, J) Rajorshi/- U T
