2. This is an application for modification of the order dated 19.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57428 of 2023 through which petitioner, above named, has been granted bail.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted bail vide order dated 19.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57428 of 2023, where, in petitioner was directed to entire amount of Rs.15,00,000/- during the period of provisional bail but the petitioner was only paid Rs.5,00,000/- to the complainant vide Annexure-P/1 in the petition as directed by
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68266 of 2024(2) dt.27-09-2024 2/2 this Court's order dated 19.02.2024.
4. In view of the above facts, let the above named petitioners be directed to deposit the remaining amount to the complainant, i.e., Rs.10,00,000/- (ten lakhs) within a period of two months from the date of this order.
5. Accordingly, the modification application is allowed.
6. The other parts of the order dated 19.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57428 of 2023 shall remain intact. (Ramesh Chand Malviya, J) Brajesh Kumar/- U T
