In view of averments made in the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party nos. 2 to 5, as also order contained in Annexure-A to the show cause, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present MJC application with a liberty to challenge the validity and correctness of the aforesaid order as contained in Annexure-A before an appropriate Forum/Court/Tribunal.

Permission is accorded.

The present MJC application stands, thus, disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
