Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 435 and 386/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he ablazed the fodder of the informant. Petitioner is in custody since 05.01.2017 and has stated on oath that due to business rivalry present false case has been lodged.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on completion of four months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
