Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Revelganj P.S.Case No.215 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 188, 272, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30, 38 and 41 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Prosecution case is that the police on information of manufacturing the liquor raided the house of one Shambhu Chaudhary and four persons succeeded in fleeing away from the house of Shambhu Choudhary and 20 ltrs. of liquor was recovered . Name of the petitioner was disclosed by the coaccused Shambhu Choudhary. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge XI cum Special Judge, Excise, Saran in connection with Revelganj P.S.Case No.215 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
