This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Bangaon P.S. Case No.100 of 2023 registered for the offence under sections 302, 307, 341, 323, 504, 506 and 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail had been rejected by this Court vide order dated 31.07.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.29389 of 2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the trial all the witnesses have been examined and only two officials witnesses are remaining to be examined. 5.

Since the trial is on the verge of conclusion, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61836 of 2025(2) dt.10-10-2025 2/2 bail application is rejected.

The Superintendent of Police, Saharsa is directed to ensure the presence of remaining witnesses in the trial.
