Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code and section 136 of the Indian Electricity Act. One transformer was stolen. Petitioner Amjad Ali and Neyaz Dewan were apprehended and they are said to have confessed their guilt but nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Neyaz Dewan has already been enlarged on bail vide Criminal Misc. No. 8971 of 2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail
