Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Deepnagar P.S.case No.7 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 323, 427,354(B), 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, 52 named accused persons and 300-400 unnamed accused persons have assaulted the deceased causing his death.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they are named in the FIR but no specific allegation has been attributed and considering the same, other co-accused persons have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57914 of 2019(4) dt.14-11-2019 2/2 Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 17.7.2019 passe din Cr. Misc. No.27933 of 2019 and no specific allegation has been attributed against these petitioners. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Deepnagar P.S.case No.07 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
