The petitioner seeks bail in Bhabua P.S.Case No.354 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was apprehended on chase while fleeing away with the money of the informant and the money was recovered. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in jail custody since 02.07.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of the allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhabua in connection with Bhabua P.S.Case No.354 of 2015.
