The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 37(1), 37(2), 30(c), 32(iii), 30(B) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Allegedly, it is a case of recovery of illicit liquor from the house of other co-accused persons.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that he has no concern with the seized liquor and no any incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner as well as petitioner has not been apprehended at the spot and petitioner has clean

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 7608 of 2021 arising out of Digha P.S.
