Petitioner no. 1 is the son of petitioner no. 2. They are apprehending their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences under Sections 363/366-A of the Penal Code. From perusal of First Information Report and other materials on record, it is evident that petitioner no. 1 not only forcibly married the daughter of the informant but also sold her for exploitation. In the circumstances, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail in the event of arrest is rejected. Petitioners are directed to surrender in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Nawanagar P.S. Case No. 222/14 within a period of four weeks from the date
