Petitioners seek bail in Laideyatar P.S. Case No. 05 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 201, 342 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Daiyan Prohibition Act.

Allegation against the petitioners is of killing Kapoorva Devi and Permila Devi calling them as Daiyan and burried their dead body beside Pathli River.

Considering the fact that there is direct allegation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66591 of 2019(3) dt.29-11-2019 2/2 against the petitioners of killing Kapoorva Devi and Permila Devi, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is hereby rejected.

However, petitioners are granted liberty to renew their prayer for bail after completing one year of jail custody. (S. Kumar, J) ranjan/- U
