JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-10-2023 Heard Mr. Vyas Kumar Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr. Harsh Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Magadh University and Mrs. Binita Singh, learned SC-28 appearing on behalf of the State.

2. A counter-affidavit on behalf of the respondent University has been filed today in the Court.

3. The State is directed to comply, by taking into consideration the information on the record given in paragraph nos. 6 to 11 and detailed statements of the respondent regarding payment, which has been made under different heads in paragraph nos. 12, 13 and 14 of the said counter-affidavit, filed by the respondent University.

4. Considering that grievances of the petitioner, as prayed for in the present writ petition, has been redressed, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17013 of 2022(4) dt.03-10-2023 2/2 present writ petition stands disposed of.

5. In case the petitioner is still aggrieved for nonpayment under any head of the retiral benefits, the petitioner may file a detailed representation before appropriate authority, who is directed to verify whether any retiral benefits payable to the petitioner are still due, if so, then the same are required to be paid within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.
