For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction to the Respondents, particularly the Respondent No. 5 i.e. the Circle Officer, Chausa to conclude the Encroachment proceedings, instituted vide Encroachment Case No. 03/202122 and remove the encroachment made over the land situated at Mauza Sikraul, Thana No. 41, appertaining to Khata No. 370, Khesra 1441,1436, 1437, area 2.69, 2.23 and 0.047 Decimals respectively, which has been marked as Anabad Sarbsadharan Kabristan Parti land."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Buxar, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
