2. Petitioner has prayed for following relief(s) in paragraph no. 1 of the writ petition:

"That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ order direction for quashing the order passed by the Deputy Commandant contained in order No.Savi-15014/C.I.S.F./K.BUNL/ANU-37/18/09-255 dated 13.03.2010. whereby the petitioner have been granted punishment of stoppage of one increment without cumulative effect order contained in Annexure-3 and for a further direction for quashing the order passed by Group Commandant C.I.S.F., Group H.Q. Patna No. vi11.15/G.H.P./Admin-1/Anu/Appeal/10/1889 dt. 3.6.10 contained in Annexure-5 whereby the appeal of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14846 of 2012(5) dt.09-05-2024 2/2 petitioner was rejected and for a further direction for quashing of order of D.I.G., C.I.S.F., Eastern Zone H.Q. Patna contained in order No.

Vi11014/F2/Ad.11/Rev.04/10/6869 dt.11.8.2010 contained in Annexure-7 whereby the revision petition has been dismissed and for further direction to the respondents to grant all consequential benefits."

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner was in discipline service and punishment is of withholding of one increment with non-cumulative effect, I don't find to interfere, in any manner, with the order of punishment.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
