The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code.

The victim alleged that the petitioner took her towards the forest and tried to outrage her modesty but the victim fled away. It is submitted that the petitioner is co-villager and next door neighbour of the victim and on account of some family dispute the case has been lodged. The petitioner is in jail since 12.05.2015 and he has already remained in jail for about four months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Nawada in S. Tr. No. 261/ 15 79/15 arising out of Sirdala P.S. Case No. 79/15.
