Permission granted.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, counsel for the State and counsel for Magadh University present. The present application has been filed by the petitioner to pay the post-retiral benefits to the petitioner who has retired on 01.12.2021 and has not been paid his Group Insurance, Earned Leave benefits accrued after grant of ACP/MACP and 7th Pay Commission. He has also claimed for other post retiral benefits with statutory interest.

Patna High Court CWJC No.17451 of 2022(2) dt.07-02-2023 2/2 Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has retired and after retirement PPO has been issued and pension of the petitioner has been fixed. Counsel submits that except pension nothing has been paid to him. In this regard, he has filed his representation before the Department Authorities of University but nothing happened.

In this background, it is hereby directed to the Registrar of the University to calculate the entitlement of the petitioner about all his arrears and post-retiral dues within 6 weeks from the date of production of the order and his admissible dues is directed to be paid within 8 weeks thereafter. With this direction, this writ application is hereby disposed of.
