Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 293 of 2016 registered under Sections- 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 30, 36 & 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no recovery was made from the house of the petitioner and the alleged recovery was from road side in abandoned condition. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 18.11.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10886 of 2017 (2) dt.06-03-2017 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 293 of 2016.
