2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kabaiya P.S. Case No. 258 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 303(2), 317(2), 317(4), 111, 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has been found to be involved in Motorcycle theft.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 28.06.2025.

5. Considering the facts of the case and the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60891 of 2025(2) dt.09-09-2025 2/2 the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai/concerned Court below in connection with Kabaiya P.S. Case No. 258 of 2025, subject to the condition that both the bailors should be close relative of the petitioner.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner is directed to mark his attendance at Amahra Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default to appear in marking appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
