In view of the submission made above and after perusal of the record, it is ordered that in para-4 of the order dated 4.4.2017 it should be read as CJM, Bettiah, West Champaran. It further appears that due to mistake in the order petitioner could not comply the said order and as such, the time for surrender in the court below is extended for a further period of two
