The petitioner is in custody in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 359 of 2019 for the offenses under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case total 15 ltrs of foreign liquor and 700 gms of Ganja was seized. The petitioner is in custody since 25.07.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
